The Art of Conversation

Posted on May 16, 2012

The question that presented itself during the design class yesterday was, ‘What to do during a power cut?’ What did designers do before the computer age? Inspired by The Exquisite Book, six of us tried out our own experiment in communication, association and collaborative design.

Each of the following six panels were completed in succession by a different participant. Each person had only the previous drawing on which to base their own contribution. The result is an example of how ideas can expand and diverge in unexpected ways.
